All returned items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and with original packaging and tags in place.
Packages received without original invoice will not be accepted. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the returned order or exchange request.

Request for return and exchange will be accepted after 4 days of delivery.

Our courier partner may take 1-3 business days to pick the order. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt.

Once the order is received by us, quality will be checked and the payment will be returned to you.

In terms of order exchange, returned order will be first check and then dispatch the right product.

If an order is not fulfilled due to unavailability of garment,or any other issue we might cancel the order and issue credit note. 
The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ Sms.

Because of the inconvenience caused by us, a coupon code will be given to the customer which will be valid upto 6 months.
